1724 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Asylum, according to the terms and provisions of said will,
which is dated November 20th, A. D., 1913, duly probated and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for Frederick
County, Maryland.

49. To the sale, deed and conveyance from Mary Clem-
ens to the Trustees of the Maryland Avenue Presbyterian Church
of Baltimore City, a body corporate of the State of Maryland,
dated March 1, 1911, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County, Maryland, in Liber W. P. C. No. 373, folio
508, etc., of three lots of ground situate in Baltimore County,
Maryland, and particularly described in said deed, and to the
holding of said lots of ground and the sale, mortgage or other
disposition thereof by said religious corporation.

50. To the following bequests and devises contained in the
last Will and Testament of Ellen G. Porter, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, to wit: (a) To the bequest to the Vestry of
Grace Protestant Episcopal Church of Baltimore, Maryland,
now known as the Vestry of Grace and St. Peter's Church, a
diamond ring to be set in the jewel chalice already given to said
Church by the testatrix; (b) to the bequest and devise of all the
residue and remainder of her estate, after the life tenancy of
Sidney Blanchard, to the Trustees of the Endowment Fund of
Grace Protestant Episcopal Church of Baltimore, now known
and legally designated as the Vestry of Grace and St. Peter's
Church, for the benefit of said Church absolutely.

51. To the bequest to the Trustees of the Methodist Episco-
pal Church South, ,of Piedmont, West Virginia, as residuary
legatee under the last Will and Testament of Susan Virginia
Dayton, deceased.

52. To the devise of lots thirteen and fourteen in block
twenty-four of Grave's sub-division, known as Charlton (now
Berwyn) Heights, in Prince George's County, State of Mary-
land, to the Diocese of Washington of the Protestant Episcopal
Church of the United States of America or the Bishop of said
Diocese, contained in the Will of Ellen J. Foote, late of Prince
George's County, Maryland, deceased, and now of record in the
office of the Register of Wills of said County.

53. To the following bequests under the Will of the late
James T. Wilson of Baltimore City, namely: (a) $1,000.00 to the
Franklin Street Presbyterian Congregation in the City of Balti-
more; (b) $1,000.00 to the Young Men's Christian Association;
