the 18th day of September, 1913, and duly recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2846,
folio 401; conveying five pieces or parcels of land in the City of
Baltimore, situated in West Lombard Street.

45. To the following bequests contained in the last Will and
Testament of Mary L. Harwood Segrave, late of Baltimore City,
in the State of Maryland, deceased, and recorded in the office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber H. W. J. No.
114, folio 41, as follows: $2,000.00 to "the Vestry of St. Paul's
Parish in Baltimore County, said sum to be added to the En-
dowment Fund, and the bequest of $1,000.00 to John M. Glenn,
said sum to be devoted by him to the placing in St. Paul's
Churh (the corporate name of which is the Vestry of St. Paul's
Parish in Baltimore County), of a memorial window to the
memory of the father and mother of the testatrix.

46. To the devise and bequest of James Taylor, late of Bal-
timore City, deceased, of the residue of his estate to the Trus-
tees of the Madison Street Presbyterian Church of Baltimore
City, Maryland.

47. To the gift or bequest contained in the last Will and
Testament of Alexander Carr, late of Carroll County, in the
State of Maryland, deceased, to the "Trustees of the Church of
God at Warfieldsburg, Carroll County, Maryland,'' a body cor-
porate of the State of Maryland, located at Warfieldsburg, Car-
roll County, Maryland, to be held so that the interest on $400.00
thereof is to be paid towards the minister's salary of said
Church, and the interest on $100.00 to be used towards keeping
in proper condition the lot of the said Alexander Carr in the
cemetery of said Church.

48. To the devise and bequest of Herbert Thompson to the
Loats Female Orphan Asylum of Frederick City, in the County
of Frederick, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, to ap-
ply and use only the income arising therefrom to the mainte-
nance and education of destitute female orphans, in accordance
with the terms of the will of the late John Loats, the founder
of said Institution, and the provisions of the charter of said
corporation, said devise and bequest being contained in the last
Will of the said Herbert Thompson, late of Frederick County,
Maryland, deceased, to the said Loats Female Orphan Asylum,
a body corporate as aforesaid, being all the rest and residue of
his property and estate, which his Executor is directed to con-
vert into money and pay over to the said Loats Female Orphan
