No. 43.

Passed Mar 9, 1829

A Resolution relating to the Land Records of Prince-
George's county.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
John Johnson, esquire, of Prince-George's county, be and
he is hereby requested to examine the land records of said
county, and report the condition of the same to the next
general assembly.

Passed Mar. 9. 1829

A Resolution suspending proceedings at the suit of the State
against Robert C Lusby. late Sheriff of Cecil county, ea
the condition therein mentioned.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
all proceedings at the suit of the state against Robert C.
Lusby, late sheriff of Cecil county, and his securities, be
and the same are hereby suspended until the April term of
Cecil county court, in the year eighteen hundred and thirty;
provided the said Robert C. Lusby, and his securities, with-
in forty days from the passage of this resolution, give bond
to the state, with two good and sufficient additional securi-
ties, to be taken and approved by the treasurer of the eastern
shore, for the. payment of such sum as may now be due to
the state by said Robert C. Lusby, and his securities.

Passed Mar 10,1829

A Resolution providing for the payment of Hohneand Ma-
lonee. for washing the Windows of the Chambers of the
Senate and House of Delegates.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore, be and
he is hereby authorised and directed, to pav to Hohne and
Malonee, or their order, the sum of eight dollars, out of
any unappropriated money in the treasury, for washing the
windows of the chambers of the senate and house of dele-

A Resolution providing for the placing of Head and Foot
Stones at the Graves of William Price and Peter Rich, late
Members of the House of Delegates.
Resolved, That his excellency the governor, be and he is
