of William Price and Peter Rich, late members of the house
of delegates.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore, be di-
rected to pay to the order of the governor, out of any mo-
nies in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, such sum
as the governor may deem necessary to carry into effect the
object of the above resolution.

A Resolution, with its Preamble, to provide for the payment
of printing the Journals of Proceedings of both branches
of the Legislature, at the present session.
WHEREAS this legislature have contracted with Jonas
Green to print the journal of proceedings of the house of
delegates, at its present session, and with William M'Neir
to print the journal of proceedings of the senate, and also
to print the number of copies of each journal, respectively,
same; therefore,
Resolved, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the western shore, be and he is hereby au-
thorised and directed, to pay to the said Jonas Green and
rate of three dollars and twenty-five cents per page, for the
from the clerk of the council, that the work has been com-
pleted agreeably to contract, and that the same is ready
for delivery.

A Resolution for the suspension of Proceedings on certain
Judgments obtained by the State against Richard I. Jones
and John Tilghman, of Queen-Anne's county, as the Se-
curities of the Administratrix of William H. Nicholson,
deceased.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
all proceedings on the judgments obtained by the state in
Queen-Anne's county court, against Richard I. Jones and
John Tilghman, the securities of the administratrix of Wil-
liam H. Nicholson, deceased, be suspended until the twen-
