1828 RESOLUTIONS.

tieth day of December next; Provided, that the interest be
paid thereon to the treasurer of the eastern shore, by the
first day of October next; And provided also, the deputy
of the attorney-general for Queen-Anne's county court, shall
be of opinion that the balance on the said judgments is per-
fectly secure, and certify the same to the treasurer of the
eastern shore.

Passed Mar 11,1828

A Resolution providing for the payment of Foote, Ritchie
and Gooch, of Peter Force, and of Green and Jarvis, for
Newspapers furnished Members of the Legislature at De-
cember session 1827.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

thorised and directed, to pav to Foote, Ritchie and Gooch,
or their order, the sum of fifteen dollars; to Peter Force, or
his order, the sum of thirteen dollars and fifty cents; to
Green and Jarvis, or their order, the sum of thirty-six dol-
lars, out of any unappropriated money in the treasury, for
newspapers furnished to the members of the legislature at
December session 1827.

Passed Mar 11,1829

A Resolution providing for the suspension of proceedings
on certain Judgments obtained by the State in Allegany
county court, against Thomas Pollard, former Sheriff ot
said county, and his Securities, on the condition therein

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
all proceedings on the judgments obtained by the state in
Allegany county court, against Thomas Pollard, former
sheriff of Allegany county, and his securities, be suspended
until the first day of February next; provided that the deputy
attorney for the state for Allegany county, shall be of
opinion that the balance on the said judgments is perfectly
secured, and shall certify the same to the treasurer of the
western shore,
