Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon the Petition afd.
being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd.
Wm. Turpin as by the Petition afd. is praid and that Levin Wilson, Stephen Horsey, Thomas Seon and William
Furnis of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly
in Such Case Provided &c

Isaac Dickerson    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court now Sitting the Petition of Isaac Dickerson
      Petn    humbly Sheweth that Your Petitioner most Greviously Afflicted with Violent Convultion fitts and that
So frequent that Your poor Petitioner Can Scarcely do Anything for his Own Support he therefore most humbly
prays your Worships will discharge him of Levies Till it may please God he is Better and Your petitioner as in
duty bound will Every pray                                                                        Isaac Dickerson
      Whereupon Came hereinto Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon the Petition afd.
being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that the afd. Isaac Dickerson be
discharged from paying taxes untill it Shall please God to Restore him to his health and able to Labour


   To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County Court now Sitting The Humble Petition
Joseph Porter                                                                                                                                      &
      Petn.    of Joseph Porter Most Humbly Sheweth that your Petitioner has for a Long time been Aged ^ infirm
which Renders him unable to pay his Levies without Greatly Streightning your Petitioner Wherefore your
Petitioner prays he may be Set Levifree and Your Petitioner Shall Ever pray

      Whereupon Came hereinto Court the afd. Petitioner in his proper person and thereupon the Petition
afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that the afd. Joseph Porter be
for the future tax free as by the Petition afd. is praid

Inhabitants    The Petition of Sundry the Inhabitants of Somerset and Worcester County Most Humbly Sheweth that
      Petn    Your Petitioners formerly had a Landing Place at the head of Tondatanck Creek Called the fork Landing &
for this Years past has been destitute of it by means of a Mill now in Possession of William Adams which dam
is below the fork therefore we the Subscribers has no Advantage of a Landing to Carry our Comodities to Market
unless your Worships will please to Appoint Persons to Lay us of a Road Some Small Distance below the Said
Adams Dam as they Shall think Proper and Your Petitioners in duty bound Shall pray

Handy be Overseer of Said Road & to have his own Hands Only &c

      Petn.    Coventry Parish Petitions to have the Bounds of the Glebe Lands of Said Parish or Any other Land
on which the Bounds of the afd. Land may depend Assertained                                          Nathll. Whitaker
      Whereupon Came hereinto Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and thereupon the Petition afd.
being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. Natl
