    John Cleaver of this County Delivers up to the Court a Certain
Isabella Lawder who being formerly Covicted of haveing a Molatto
Basterd was adjudged to Serve Seven years the Justices Do Sell the s.d
Isabella to George Capper for the Space of Eight years being Seven years
adjudged as afd and one year for fees paid for her by the County in Consideration
of which the s.d George assumes to pay the County next year the Sume
of two thousand two hundred pounds of Tobacco.

James Watson
Mr Simon Wilmer ^and^ of the Justices of
this Court Returns Recognizance dated Aprile
the 15.th 1724 against the said James Watson
for assaulting a Certain Margaret Foreman to which the said James appears
& ordered that his s.d Recognizances be discharged.

    James Watson of Kent County planter at the day & year afd
before the afd Simon Wilmer acknowledged himself indebted unto the Lord
proprietary of this province in the sume of Ten pounds Sterling to be leveyed
&c.a Conditionally that if he Should not appear at this Court to answer what
Should be objected against him for assaulting a Certain Margaret Foreman, and
now here the said James appears to the same the said Recognizance is discharged.

    Michael Hackett of Kent County planter at the same 15.th day of April
Anno Dom 1724 before the same Simon Wilmer acknowledged himself indebted
to the said Lord prop.ry in the sume of five pounds Sterling money to be
