&c.a Conditionally that if the afd James Watson Should not appear and
answer as afd, whereupon for that the said James hath appeared the s.d Mich.ls
Recog.c is discharged

    Joseph Wright Zachariah Macdaniel & George Greenwood at the same
time afd Entered into Recogniz.c in five pounds Sterl Each before the s.d Simon
Wilmer to be leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if they Should not appear at the then
next Court to be held for said County as Evidences against the afd James Watson
and now at this Court the said Joseph Zachariah & George appear and
their Said Several Recognizances are discharged.

    Margaret Foreman at the same time afd before the afd Simon
Wilmer Entered into Recognizance in the sume of Ten pounds Sterl to be
leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if She Should not appear at this Court as
prosecutor against the afd James Watson on account of assaulting her as afd
and now the same Court the same Margaret appears & thereupon her said
Recognizance is discharged

    Ordered that James Watson Enter into Recognizance
for his appearance at next Court for assaulting Margaret Foreman &
good Behaviour _________ thereupon:

    James Watson of Kent County planter present here in Co.rt
in his proper pson acknowledgeth himself indebted unto the right Hon.rble
the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland his hares & Successors in
the Sume of Ten pounds Sterling money of great Brittain to be made
and Leveyed of his goods & Chatles Lands and Tenements Conditionally
that if he the said James Watson Shall not make his personal appear.ce
at next Court to be held for the said County at the Court house in the Town of
Chester in said County on the third Teusday of August next ensueing thence
there to answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his s.d Lopp
behalf on account of Assaulting a Certain Margaret Foreman & Stand &
abide the determination of the same Court thereupon and if in the mean
time he Shall not be of good behaviour to all his Majestys Liege Subjects
and especially to the said Margaret Foreman wherewith the said James
Watson is Content.                                also
