into Recognizance at last Court for her ap.rc
at this Court to Answer unto what Should be
objected against her on his Lordships behalf
and in the mean time to be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court the s.d
Katherin haveing appeared ordered that her Recogniz.c and her Suretys
Recog.cs be Discharged

    Katherin Hopkins of Kent County Spinster at last Court as afd Acknowledged
herself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of
Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain
to be Levey'd of her Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally
that if She Should not make her personal appearance before the Justices
of our then next Court to be held for s.d County at the Court house in the
Town of Chester to Answer unto what Should be objected against her on
his Lordships behalf and that in the mean time She Should not be
of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the twenty first Day of
June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Six the s.d Katherin
haveing appeared her Recognizance is Discharged                        also

    Robert Ivey and Charles Smith both of Kent County at last Court as afd acknowledged
themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of
Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain Each
to be Levey'd of their Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally
that if the afd Katherin Hopkins Should not make her personal appearance
before the Justices of our then next Court to be held for s.d County at the
Court house in the Town of Chester to Answer unto what Should be objected ag.st
her on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time She Should not
be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the twenty first Day of
June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Six the s.d Katherin haveing
appeared the s.d Robert Ivey and Charles Smith their Recognizances and
