    Dominick Kenslaugh of Kent County planter having Entered into Recogniz.ce
at the last Court as an Evidence for his Lordship against Thomas Adkinson James
Clark Bartholomew Collins and John Adams And now at this Court the said Dominick
appearing Ordered that his Recognizance be discharged

    Dominick Kenslaugh of Kent County planter at last Court as afd acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed
&c.a Conditionally that if he should not make his personal appearance at the
then next Court to be held for Kent County to give Evidence for his Lordship ag.st
Thomas Adkinson James Clark Bartho.w Collins and John Adams And now
at this Court / to wit / the fifteenth Day of November Anno Dom. seventeen hundred
twenty & Six the s.d Dominick Kenslaugh appearing his said Recognizance is
discharged

A writt having issued against the said John at his
Lordships Suit to Answer unto an Information found
against him for assault and battery The Sherrf of Kent
County to whom the said writt was directed makes return thereof to this Court
here on the third Tuesday of November ^being the fifteenth Day of s.d Month^ Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty
and six ^the Day of return of s.d writt^ Endorst as foll viz.t

    Kent County fs.t Memorandum that tench Francis Gentl Attorney of the right
Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry that now is for the County afd who for the same Lord prop.ry
in this part followeth ^prosecuteth^ doth Come here into his said Lordships County Court of Kent
County the twenty seventh Day of September in the year of Our Lord God One thousand
seven hundred & twenty six in his proper person and for the said Lord prop.ry
doth give the Court here to understand and be Informed that John Ambrose of
Saint pauls parish in the County afd Gentleman the twenty fifth Day of Septemb.r
^Anno Dom.^ seventeen hundred twenty and six at the parish afd in the County afd within
the Jurisdiction of this Court in and upon a Certain Thomas Gresham in the
peace of God and of the said Lord prop.ry then and there being with force and
Arms an Assault did make And him the said Thomas then and there
did beat wound and Evilly treat so that of his Life it was much dispaired
