and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his
heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd James Watson Shall
not make his personal appearance before the Justices of our next County
Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on
the third Teusday of June next and if that in the mean time the afd
James Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith y.e said Robert Green
and John Wilson are Content

Evans one of the Justices of this Court and to the Complaint afd he is ord^ered^ by
the Court to appear who Comes in and Saith that he Cannot gainsay the
Complaint of y.e said M.r John Evans Therfore it is Considered by the
Justices here this twenty fifth Day of March Anno Dom 1727 that y.e said
Cornelius Harkins pay the Sume of two hundred and fifty pounds
of Tob.o as a fine for his afd offence of abuseing y.e said M.r John
Evans

    Ordered by the Court here that the Sherf of Kent County keeps him y.e said
Cornelius Harkins in safe Custody untill he Shall ^Satisfie^ the fine in y.e Judgment afd
and the Sume of Seventy Seven pounds of Tobacco Costs Accrueing on the premisses
afd to y.e officers of this Court
