Mary Wilson at August Court Last as afd was ordered to find Security
for her appearance and good Behaviour to this Court to answer
unto an Indictment found against her as accessory with the
afd Mary Spearman in Stealing the aforementioned apron

    Whereupon John Wilson of Kent County Taylor at August
Court Last being the Day and year afd Acknowledged himself
Indebted unto the Lord propry of this province of Maryland in
the sum of tenn pounds Sterling Money of great Brittain to be
made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the afd Mary Wilson shall not make her personall appearance
at the then next November Court to answer unto the Indictment
af as Accessary with the afd Mary Spearman and in the mean
time she be of good Behaviour         And now at this Court here
to wit the twenty first Day of November Anno Dom Seventeen
hundred twenty and Seven the said Mary Wilson personally
Cometh and appeareth to the Recognizance aforesaid        also

    Katharine Bullock at August Court Last as afd was
Ordered to find Security for her appearance to this Court as an
Evidence against the afd Mary Spearman & Mary Wilson

    Whereupon Bowles Green of Kent County Planter at Aug.st
Court Last being the Day and year afd Acknowledged himself
Indebted unto the Lord propry of this Province of Maryland
in the sum of five pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittain
to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors

    Conditionally that if the afd Katharine Bullock shall not
make her personall appearance at the then next November
Court as an Evidence against the aforementioned Mary Spearman
and Mary Wilson And now at this Court here to wit the
twenty first Day of November in the year afd Last mentioned the
said Katharine Bullock having appeared the said Bowles
Green his Recognizance is Discharged

    Kent County fs.t The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord
Proprietary that now is for the body of Kent County afd upon
their Oath Do present that Mary Spearman of Saint pauls
