330                    November Court 1727

Parish in the County afd the Servant Woman of John Wilson
of the same Parish and County Innholder the tenth day of July
Anno Dom Seventeen hundred twenty and seven with force and
Arms at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction
of this Court one Checkered Linnen apron of the value of
twenty pounds of Tobacco of the goods and Chattles of a Certain
Henry Culley then and there being found then and there feloniously
did Steal take and bear away Contrary to the peace of the
said Lord Propry that now is his good rule and Government
and against the form of the Act of Assembly in such Case lately made
and provided And that a Certain Mary Wilson of the parish and
County afd the wife of the afd John Wilson the same tenth day of
July in the Year afd at the parish afd in the County afd within
the said Jurisdiction and at Divers Days and times before the felony
afd in form afd was done and perpetrated maliciously and
feloniously Councill'd commanded procured incited and abetted
the afd Mary Spearman to Commit do and perpetrate valantarily
the felony afd in form afd contrary to the peace of the said Lord
Propry his good rule and Government and against the form of
the Act of Assembly in such Case lately made and provided &c
                                                            T francis Cler. pac.

    And the afd Mary Spearman and Mary Wilson in
their proper persons Come and Defend the force and Injury
when &c And say that they are in no Sort guilty of the
premisses above upon them Imposed as by the afd Indictm.t
it is Alleadged and thereof they putt themselves upon the Country

                                                                    in proper person

    And he who followeth for the Lord proprietary in Like manner
saith they are guilty                                T francis p.a Lord prop.ry

    Thereupon Command was given to the Sherr of Kent County
that he Imediately Cause to Come here twelve &c by whom &c
who neither &c To Recognize &c because as well &c of which
said precept the said Sherr to wit John Gresham Gent now here
at this Day to wit the twenty first day of November Anno
Dom Seventeen hundred twenty and Seven makes Return
