And the s.d John afterwards to wit the same Day and Year afd Comes into
Court and Relinquishes his plea afd And saith that he Cannot Gainsay the
premisses afd above upon him Imposed And Acknowledges himself
guilty of the Assault and Battery afd as by the afd Information it is
alledged and thereupon Submits to the Court

    Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here this Seventeenth Day of Novemb.r
Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and twenty four that the afd John Wilson
pay to the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province the sume
of two hundred pounds of Tobacco as a fine for his afd offence of Comitting
assault & Battery in form afd Confest as also that he the s.d John pay the
sume of two hundred and three pounds of Tob.o Costs Accrueing on the pmisses
afd to the officers of this Court

    The afd John Wilson his Recognizance taken last Court in the sume of ten
pounds Current money of Maryland to be leveyed &c.a for the use of his Lordship
the Lord prop.ry of this province his heirs &c.a Conditionally that if
he and his wife Should not appear at this Court to Answer to his Lopp
for assault & Battery And that if in the mean time they Should not be of
good Behaviour And not at this Court the s.d John haveing appeared as afd
and no Cause being Shown to the Contrary the Recognizance as to himself
is Discharged but it being made appear to the Court that his afd wife
is in no Sort Capable of appearing by reason of her not being well y.e afd
Recognizance as to her is Continued till next Court.
   
    Maurice Carly and Thomas Mahawn both of Kent County planters had ^Entered^
into Recognizance at last Court in the sume of five pounds Current money
of Maryland Each to be leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd John
Wilsson and Mary his wife Should not appear at the then next Court
to Answer to his s.d Lordship for assault & Battery and if that in the
mean time they Should not be of Good behaviour And now at this Court
the s.d John haveing appeared as afd And no Cause being Shewn to the
Contrary the s.d Maurice & Thomas their Recognizances And Either of them
are Discharged as to y.e afd John but it being made ^appear^ to the Court that y.e afd
Johns wife is in no Sort Capable of appearing by Reason of her not being well
their afd Recogniz.cs as to her is Continued till next Court
