67. To the gifts, devises and bequests to the Right Rev-
erend John J. Murray, Rector of Saint Elizabeth's Roman
Catholic Church of Baltimore City, and to the Right Rev-
erend Hugh L. Monaghan, Rector of Saint Ambrose's Roman
Catholic Church of Baltimore City, and to Saint Vincent's
Male Orphan Asylum of Baltimore City, located on the York
Road near Towson, and to the Little Sisters of the Poor of
Baltimore City, contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Edward J. Gallagher, which Will is dated April 15th, 1931,
and is of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Bal-
timore City in Wills Liber J. W. S. No, 175, folio 448, &c.

68. To the gifts, devises and bequests to Reverend Leo
J. McCormick, Curate of St. Dominick's Roman Catholic
Church of Baltimore, and to the Little Sisters of the Poor
of Baltimore, located at Preston and Valley Streets, Balti-
more, Maryland, and to The Home and Foreign Mission
Society for the Propagation of the Faith of the Archdiocese
of Baltimore, Incorporated, and to Saint Elizabeth's Home
of Baltimore City, an infant asylum for colored children, lo-
cated at Chestnut Avenue east of Old York Road, and sto
the Associated Professors of Saint Mary's Seminary of Bal-
timore City, contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Elizabeth Hagan, which will is dated August 18th, 1933,
and is of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 177, folio 519, &c.

69. To the gifts, devises and bequests to the Rector
(who was such February 8, 1984) of Saint Ignatius' Roman
Catholic Church of Baltimore City, to the Associated Pro-
fessors of Loyola College in the City of Baltimore, a body
corporate, and to the Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore
City, a body corporate, and to the Most Reverend Michael
J. Curley, Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of Robert E. Jenkins,
which is dated May 16th, 1933, and is of record in the office
of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills Liber
J. H. B. No. 179, folio 6, &c.

70. To the gift, devise and bequest to the Pastor of
Saint Ann's Roman Catholic Church, located at Twenty-
second Street and Greenmount Avenue in Baltimore City,
contained in the Last Will and Testament of Charles Jor-
dan, which is dated April 13th, 1933, and is of record in the
office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills
Liber J. W. S. No. 176, folio 293, &c.
