71. To the gifts, devises and bequests to Reverend John
J. Murray, to Saint Anthony's Orphan Asylum, located at
Number 927 North Central Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland,
and to Saint Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum, located on the
York Road near Towson, Maryland, contained in the Last
Will and Testament of George R. Kolb, dated October 10th,
1924, and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 177, folio 371.

72. To the gifts, devises and bequests to Caroline Metz-
ger (also known as Sister Alphea), of Sacred Heart Con-
vent, 3500 Foster Avenue, Highlandtown, Baltimore, Mary-
land, to Saint Vincent de Paul Society of Baltimore, Mary-
land, to the Rector (who was such April 24, 1933) of
Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Highlandtown, Bal-
timore, Maryland, to Carmelite Monastery, located at Caro-
line and Biddle Streets, Baltimore, Maryland, to Saint An-
thony's Orphan Asylum, 927 North Central Avenue, Balti-
more, Maryland, to the House of Good Shepherd, for col-
ored girls, Calverton Road and Mulberry Street, Baltimore,
Maryland, to the convent of Our Lady and Saint Francis,
2226 Maryland Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, to Saint
Mary's Industrial School for Boys, located on Wilkens Ave-
nue, Baltimore, Maryland, to the Little Sisters of the Poor,
Preston and Valley Streets, Baltimore Maryland, to Saint
Frances' Convent and Academy of the Oblate Sisters of
Providence, located on East Chase Street and Forrest Place,
Baltimore, Maryland, to the Daughters of the Eucharist,
Maiden Choice Lane and Paradise Avenue, Baltimore,
Maryland, and to the Most Reverend Michael J. Curley,
Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, for the use of
the Home and Foreign Mission Society for the Propagation
of the Faith, to the Catholic Church Extension Society of
the United States of America, 180 North Wabash Avenue,
Chicago, Illinois, and to the Corporation of the Roman
Catholic Clergyman of Maryland (commonly known as the
Jesuits), to the Redemptorists, a body corporate of the
State of Maryland, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Mary Metzger dated January 20th, 1933, and of
record in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 177, folio 586, &c.

73. To the gifts, devises and bequests to Saint Patrick's
Orphan Asylum of Baltimore City, located on the south side
of Gough Street, between Broadway and Register Street,
Baltimore, Maryland, to the Pastor of Saint Patrick's Ro-
