CHAPTER 472.
(House Bill 756)

AN ACT to repeal Section 222 of Article 12 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Garrett County", sub-title "Hoop Poles and Timber".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 222 of Article 12 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Garrett
County", sub-title "Hoop Poles and Timber", be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1941.

CHAPTER 473.
(House Bill 644)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
170 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County", sub-
title "Capitol Heights" as amended by Chapter 557 of the
Acts of 1939, increasing the compensation of treasurer of
Capitol Heights.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 170, as amended, of Article 17 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County", sub-title "Capitol Heights", be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read
as follows:

170. The said Treasurer shall receive as full compensation
for the discharge of his duty the sum of three hundred dollars
per annum.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
