In Dorchester County the members of the Board of County
Commissioners shall each receive, in addition to their present
salaries, One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) per annum for their
services in acting as members of the Board of License Com-
missioners of said county.

In Carroll County each of the members of the Board of
County Commissioners shall receive, in addition to their
present salaries, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00)
per annum for their services in acting as members of the
Board of License Commissioners.

SEC. 2: And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 671.
(House Bill 771)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
408 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Orphans' Court",
as said section was amended by Chapter 361 of the Acts of
1933, increasing the salaries of the Judges of the Orphans7
Court.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 408 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County", sub-title
"Orphans' Court", as said section was amended by Chapter
361 of the Acts of 1933, be and it is repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

408. The Judges of the Orphans' Court of Dorchester
County shall each receive the sum of eight ($8. 00) dollars for
every day's attendance upon the sessions of said court, but not
exceeding $500 per year, to be paid by the County Commis-
sioners of said Dorchester County in quarterly payments, upon
the certificate of the register of wills for said county.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.
