CHAPTER 672.
(House Bill 777)

AN ACT to repeal Section 267 of Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Montgomery County (1939 Edition),
title "Montgomery County", sub-title "County Home Dem-
onstration League", as said section was amended by Chapter
817 of the Acts of 1941, said section authorizing the County
Commissioners to appropriate a certain sum for the use of
the Montgomery County Home Demonstration League.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 267 of Article 16 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Montgomery County (1939 Edition), title
"Montgomery County", sub-title "County Home Demonstra-
tion League", as said section was amended by Chapter 817 of
the Acts of 1941, be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

Approved May 4, 1943.

CHAPTER 673.
(House Bill 779)

AN ACT to repeal Section 239 of Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Montgomery County (1939 Edition),
title "Montgomery County", sub-title "County Farm Bu-
reau", said section providing for the payment of a certain
sum annually to the Montgomery County Farm Bureau.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 239 of Article 16 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Montgomery County (1939 Edition), title
"Montgomery County", sub-title "County Farm Bureau"-, be
and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.
