Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition), being
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "County Commissioners", to follow imme-
diately after Section 259A of the Acts of 1953, as said Section 259A
was enacted by Chapter 569 of the Acts of 1953, and to read as
follows:

259B. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County are
hereby authorized to pay annually to the Anne Arundel County Trade
Council an amount of money to be determined by the County Com-
missioners annually for the years 1955, 1956 and 1957

MAY BE PAID FROM AVAIL-
ABLE EMERGENCY FUNDS. Said payments shall be used by
this organization for the promotion of the general welfare of Anne
Arundel County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

CHAPTER 350
(House Bill 316)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section (f)
of Section 250 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1954 Supplement), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Orphans'
Court", authorizing an allowance for traveling expenses to the
Judges of the Orphans' Court of Anne Arundel County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-section (f) of Section 250 of Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1954 Supplement), title "Testamentary Law",
sub-title "Orphans' Court", be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

250. (f) Compensation and traveling allowance in still other coun-
ties.—Each of the judges of the Orphans' Court for Anne Arundel,
Cecil, and Calvert Counties shall receive the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) for every day's attendance upon the sessions of said court.
The judges of the Orphans' Court for Cecil County shall receive an
allowance for traveling expenses of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($250.00) per year, to be paid quarterly by the County Commis-
sioners of Cecil County [and] , the judges of the Orphans' Court
of Calvert County shall receive an allowance for traveling expenses
of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per year to be paid
quarterly by the County Commissioners of Calvert County [.] and
the judges of the Orphans' Court of Anne Arundel County shall
