Subject: "HEALTH," subtitle "HOSPITALS," TO CHANGE PROVI-
SIONS FOR FINANCING OF A NURSING HOME HOSPITAL ADJA-
CENT TO McCREADY HOSPITAL IN SOMERSET COUNTY.

Favorable report adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered printed for its third
reading.

On motion of Mr. Quinn, duly seconded, and two-thirds of all the
members-elect voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended by
yeas and nays as follows, to permit said bill to be put on third reading and
