       Acres more or less And all that Tract of Plantable Land with the
       appurtenances lying in the same County Called Mesopotamia
       Containing three hundred Acres more or less and all that Tract
       of Plantable Land with the appurtenances lying in the same
       County Called Prosperity Containing Two Hundred and fifty
       Acres more or Less and all that other Tract of Land with the
       appurtenances in the same County Called Salem Containing
       Three hundred Acres more or less which said fine so to be acknowledged
       and Levied as afs.d and all and every ^other^ fine and fines in
       what manner and form soever after the Day of the Date of these
       Presents levied or acknowledged to be Levied or acknowledged of the
       Premises or any part thereof Between the said Parties to these
       Presents or any of them by any name or names whatsoever shall
       be and enure and shall be Construed Expounded adjudged Deemed
       and take to be and enure and are hereafter agreed and declared to be
       and enure to the use and behoof of the ^afore^said Daniel Cheston and he
       to the intent and Purpose that the same Daniel may be perfect &
       of the Freehold of the Premises and of every part with the appurtenances
       untill a Good Perfect Common Recovery shall and may be had and
       Executed of all the af.d Tracts of Land Premises and appurtenances &
       against him the said Daniel according to the True intent and meaning
       of these Psents and of the Parties hereunto and for that Purpose it  
       is further Concluded condescended Covenanted and agreed by and
       Between all and every of the Parties afs.d to these presents that
       after the Acknowledging and Levying the said Fine ^to^ the same Daniel
       by the af.d William as af.d and before the end of September Term afs.d
       a good and Perfect Common Recovery in the Nature of a Common
       Recovery for the Assurance of Lands shall be had Executed and
       Perfected of and for all and singular the af.d Tracts of Land Premises
       and appurtenances at the Proper Costs and Charges in the Law of
       the said William and for that end and purpose One Writ of Entry Sur
       Disseizin en le post shall be brought in the name of the afs.d John
       Brice as Plaintiff or Demandant against the same Daniel Cheston
