       as Tenant of and for the same Tracts of Land with the appurtenances
       to which Writ the same Daniel Cheston shall appear gratis in his
       Proper Person and shall and will vouch to Warranty the Premises
       the same William who shall Vouch the Common Vouchee and such
       further Proceedings shall be had thereupon that a Good and Perfect
       Common Recovery with Voucher of the said William shall and
       may be had Prosecuted and Executed in and upon the said Writ of
       Entry in all things according to the usual order and form of Common
       Recoverys with Double Vouchers for Assurance of Lands in such
       Cases used And it is further Covenanted Concluded declared and fully
       agreed unto by and Between all and every of the said Parties to these
       Presents for them and their heirs and it is the True intent and
       meaning hereof that from and immediately after such time or times
       as the said Common Recovery shall be had Executed and Perfected
       of the Promises as afs.d as well the said fine as the af.d Recovery
       and the Executions thereof Respectively and all and every other fine
       and fines Common recovery and Recoverys and other Assurances
       of the aforesaid Tracts of Land and appurtenances and every Part
       thereof by any name or names whatsoever shall be and enure and
       shall be Construed Expounded adjudged Deemed and taken to be
       and enure and the said Recoveror and His Heirs and the said
       Conusee in the said Fine and his Heirs and all and every other
       Person and Person and Persons whatsoever which shall stand or
       be Seized of all or any of the af.d Tracts of Land and appurtenances
       by force and Virtue of the same fine and recovery and either or
       otherwise howsoever Shall so stand and be Seized thereof and of every
       Part thereof with the appurtenances to and for the use Benefit and
       behoof of the abovementioned William Harris his heirs and
       Assigns forever and to and for no other use benefit behoof Intent
       or Purpose Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof
       the Parties afs.d have to these Presents set their Hands and Seals
