KENT COUNTY

for mileage. These expenses shall be paid on the
submission of vouchers thereof to, and after approval by,
the Board of County Commissioners. The County
Commissioners are authorized to levy yearly upon the
assessable property of Kent County a rate of tax
sufficient to produce the sum or sums so to be annually
paid to the said Commission.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE BOARD
OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND, That
this Act shall take effect on the 15th day of June, 1973.

BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Read the third time on May 1, 1973.
Passed.

Ordered a fair summary thereof or the entire bill
shall be published in at least one newspaper of general
circulation in the County, not less than three times, at
weekly intervals, within a four week period.
