   ~~~~~~~~~~~~ | greeting wee Command y.o that of the Baylwick you
   Chattells of Nathaniel Pearce of Kent County Planter in your Baylwick you
   cause to be made the Sume of [two?] hundred pounds of Tobacco Damages
   and also the Sume of Two hundred Sixty Eight pounds of Tobacco Cost of –
   Suite which a Certain James Wiliamson by Consideration of ye Justices of our
   Said County Court at a Court held for Said County at the Court house ye twenty —
   fourth day of this Instant March recovered against the Said Nathaniel Pearce
   whereof the Said Nathaniel Pearce is Convict as appears upon Record together
   with the Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco additional Cost and the Same
   have y.o before y.e Justices of Said County Court Att a Court to be held for Said County
   on the third Tuesday in June next to Render unto the afd James Williamson-
   his Damages & Costs afd and have y.o then and there this writ witness -
   James Harris Gent~ chiefe Justice of our Said Court this 24.th day of March in
   the first year of our Dominion &c.a Anno Domini 1715

   Att which Said next Court vizt this nineteenth day of June Anno Domini
   one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen the day of return of Said writ
   Came William Frisby Gent. high Sherf of our Said County And made-
   return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls viz.t    To the~
   Justices within mentioned I Certifie that I have Levyed of the goods and
   Chattles of the within Nathaniel Pearce to Satisfie to ye within named –
   James Williamson the damages and Cost within Specified which appears.
   by the appraisment & Inventory hereto annexed pr me Wm Ffrisby She.r
   and now at this Court Came the afd Plt. in his proper person and Acknowledgd
   that he had Received full Satisfaccõn for the damages and Cost afd —
   Nathl Hynson | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
           at | the twenty fourth day of March in the first year
   Rob.t Maxfield | of his Lord Ships Dominion &c.a That he take —
