and assigns, all my right, title and claim of a negro woman called Hester Boyce age about eighteen years
old and an infant child, (mulatto colour) of said Hesters, named Peter Boyce the said girl Hester Boyce
being willed at a certain time by Robert Boyce of Concord, Sussex County State of Delaware, to Sarah E. Hazzard
of Jacob, all and singular the said negro woman Hester Boyce and her infant child as above named
To Have and To Hold, all and singular the said negro woman Hester and her infant child and
other the property, above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be, to the said William D. Noble
his executors, administrators and assigns The said Hester Boyce to serve until thirty and I the said
Perry H. Robinson for myself my heirs, executors and administrators, all and singular, the said negro
woman Hester and her infant child, and other the property unto the said William D. Noble his
executors administrators, and assigns against me the said Perry H. Robinson my executors and
administrators, and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever, Shall and will warrant
and forever defend by these presents; of all and singular which said negro woman Hester
Boyce and her infant child, and other the property.  I the said Perry H. Robinson have
put the said William D. Noble, in full possession by delivering to him the said William
D. Noble the said negro woman called Hester Boyce and her infant child as before named,
at the sealing and delivery of these presents, in the name of the property hereby bargained and sold, or
mentioned and intended to be so, unto him the said William D. Noble as aforesaid
             In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this twenty fourth day of July in
the year eighteen hundred and Fifty Two

State of Maryland Dorchester County to wit:                  On this 26th day of July 1852 before me a
Justice of the peace for said County personally appeared Perry H. Robinson and acknowledges the within
Indenture to be his act and deed according to the acts of assembly and such case made and provided

State of Maryland Dorchester County to wit:      On this 26th day of July 1852 before me a
Justice of the peace for said County came William D. Noble and made Oath on the Holy Evangely of
Almighty God that he the said William D. Noble payd over or cause to be paid over unto the said Perry H.
Robinson the full sum named in the within Bill of Sale To best of his knowledge and belief

Delivered to William D. Noble Sept 3.d 1856


Joseph Weatherly      Be it remembered and it is hereby Certified that the following
    Exd      from          Bill of Sale was received and recorded on the 24th day of August
Samuel R. Dunnock   1853 to wit:
                                                    Know all men by these presents that I Samuel R.
Dunnock of Dorchester County and State of Maryland, for and in Consideration of the
sum of Five thousand dollars current money of Maryland to me in hand paid by
Joseph Wheatley of the Same County and State aforesaid, at and before the sealing and
deiovery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and I the said Samuel
R. Dunnock have bargained and sold, Conveyed and transferred, and by these presents do
bargain and Sell, Convey and transfer unto the said Joseph Weatherly his heirs and
assigns forever, the following negroes to wit:  one negro man david, one ditto Spencer
one ditto James, one ditto Gabriel one ditto Daws one negro boy James one ditto William
