Virginia of the second part the receipt whereof Is hereby
acknowledged have bargained and sold and by these presence
do grant and convey unto the said party of the second
part his executors administrators and assigns all the crop
of wheat now growing on the farm on which the said F S.
Keys and E Ll Key his wife now resides to have and to hold
the same unto the said party of the secon his Executors
administrators and assigns forever and we do for ourselves
our heirs executors and Administrators covenant and
agree to and with the said party of the secon to warrant
and defend the sale of the said crop of wheat hereby sold
unto the said party of the second part his Executors administrators
and assigns against all and every person
or persons Whomsoever in Witness whereof we have
hereunto set our hands and seals this twenty second day
of March in the year one thousand eight hundred and
sixty

                            State of Maryland Howard County to wit
On this Twenty Second day of March in the year 1860
personally came before me F S Key and E Ll Key his
wife and severally acknowledged the within conveyance
to be their act and deed and the said E Ll Key being
Examined by me apart from her husband acknowledged
that she executed the same freely and without any
fear or compulsion from her husband and I certify
I will know the said F S Key and E Ll Key and that
they are the same persons who are described in the within
conveyance and who executed the same

State of Maryland Howard county to wit
On this Twenty Second day of March 1860 before me the
Subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for said County
and State personally appeared Horatio Trundle
and made Oath on the Holy Evangelly of Almighty
God that the conditions in the aforegoing Bill of Sale
or instrument of writing mentioned is a true and
bona fide as therein mentioned and set forth

Received to be recorded on the 24th day of March 1860 at
12 oclk M same day Recorded and Examined per
