                   Which are Allowed & Order'd that the Clerk Draw Orders

                 for the Several Sumes on the Treasurer of the Western Shoare

                 to be paid out of the 3d p hhd for Arms &c

                   Order'd that Charles Calvert & Benja Tasker Esqr get a

                 handsome Table made for the Council Room and Window

                 Shuters made to all the Cellar Windows under the said Room

                 and that they View the Guns in the City of Annapolis which

                 are very much out of repair and agree with workmen to

                 make Strong Carriages for them and that when the same are

                 so made & Done and the Account thereof Allowed by them

                 the said Tasker & Calvert that the Clerk of this Board Draw

                 an Order for the Charge thereof on the said Treasurer of the

                 Western Shoare to be paid out of the 3d p hhd for Arms &c

                 And in Case the Said Carriages cannot be Conveniently

                 made or got here then it is Order'd that the said Treasurer

                 send to England for them as also for a handsome Carpet

                 for the said Table One Large Elbow Chair and Twelve

                 fashionble Strong Rusia Leather Chairs wth high backs a

                 handsome wooden lacquer'd Branch for 12 Candles and 12

                 Single Brass Sconces for the said Room.

                   At a Council held at the House of his Excellency the

                 Governour in the City of Annapolis on Thursday the 6th

                 Day of ffebruary in the ffourteenth year of his Lordships

                 Dominion &c Annoq Dm: 1728.
