Which was read and approovd of and sent up to the honoble
Councill by Mr Iohn Taylor and Mr Thos Frisby tugcathcr
with the Iournall of Accounts
They returne and say they deliverd the same.
The honoble Francis Ienkins Esqr enters the house & de-
livers Mr Speaker the Iournall of the Comittee of Accounts.
Endorsed to the tob Accounts thus.

Sent up to the Honob Councill p Mr Elias King.
He returnes and says he deliverd the same.
Bill for limittacon of Officers fees.
Bill for repeale of some laws.
Bill declaring Severall former laws to be in force.
Which bills Engrost were sent up to be Seald by Mr Wm
Stone and Mr Ino Macall.

Since Wee haue made Many concessions in order to End
disputes as to coppys or duplicates of the laws for the future
and prayd the Councills Concurrence but in returne thereof
haue had nothing but reprimands indecent & unparliamentary
Expressions which for the sake of our Countrey wee will not
Spend more time or money to debate and resent But resolve
that What Wee haue Asserted is our undoubted right And
that no money is or cann be raisd on the publiq or the Coun-
trey to pay for Duplicates or coppys of the laws Seald to be
sent for Engl but such as Shall be with consent of the
