BOUNDARY.

59A. The following boundary line between Baltimore and Harford;
Counties is hereby established, to wit: Beginning at a point in the pres-
ent boundary line between said counties at the mouth of the Gunpowder
River, and running thence up said river along the present boundary line
to the south end of the gut or channel between Edel's Island No. 1 and
Edel's Island No. 2, as described in the two several patents from the
State of Maryland to Samuel T. Edel, Jr., and others, both bearing date
the 2d day of October, 1903; thence up said gut or channel to the north
end thereof, and leaving the same, up the Gunpowder River to the place
of beginning, as defined in Section 2 of Chapter 6 of the Acts of 1773,
entitled an Act for the division of Baltimore County and for erecting a
new one by the name of Harford.

BRIDGES.

1892, ch. 280. B. Co. C. (1908), sec. 18. 1916, sec. 53. 1928, sec. 60.

60. The bridge heretofore constructed over the Patapsco River, near
Orange Grove Station, by Baltimore and Howard Counties under the
provisions of Chapter 280 of the Acts of 1892 shall be maintained and
kept in proper repair by the said counties as a free bridge.

61. The cost of maintaining said bridge and keeping it in repair shall
be borne equally by Baltimore and Howard Counties, and the County
Commissioners of said counties are hereby authorized and empowered to
levy upon the assessable property of their respective counties such sums
of money as may be necessary from time to time to defray said cost in
the proportion aforesaid.

62. The future maintenance of the bridge heretofore constructed over
the Patapsco River at or near the location of the old Sweetser's Bridge
by Baltimore and Anne Arundel Counties under the provisions of Chapter
115 of the Acts of 1904; as also the expenses incident thereto, shall be
borne one-third by Baltimore County and the other two-thirds by Anne
Arundel County, but the roadways and approaches thereto from either
county shall be constructed and maintained by the two counties.
