quest of said Mary E. Fislage under said will, to the
Little Sisters of the Poor, a body corporate of the-
State of Maryland, of the sum of three hundred
dollars.
Also, amend bill by adding an additional section
thereto to be known as section 41 and to read as fol-
lows :
"Section 41. To a deed of conveyance from John T.
Morris to the Trustees of Otterbeins Chapel of the
Church of the United Brethren in Christ, in the city
ol Baltimore, dated December 22d, 1885, recorded
among the said records of Baltimore city, in Liber J.
B., No. 1079, folio 279, &c., and to grant therein con-
tained and set forth.
Which were severally read and concurred in.
Said bill, as amended, was then passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

ward, Deen, Johnson, Thompson, Fitzgerald, Bren-

Sams, Frincke, Carr, Cornthwaite, Stottlemyer, Elle-
good—49.
NEGATIVE—None.
The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:
BY THE SENATE,

Gentlemen of the House of Deleqates:
We respectfully request the return to the Senate of
House Bill No. 325, entitled an Act to amend, the
Local Law of Charles county, sub-title "Roads and
Bridges," so that the same may be amended.
