shall hold office for two years or until his successor shall have
been appointed and qualified, and the person so appointed shall
have been a resident and voted in said County for not less than
four years next preceding his appointment. The said Chief
Game Warden shall receive a salary to be retained by him from
moneys coming into his hands from the Clerk of the Court as
aforesaid and the collection of fines for the violation of the fish
and game laws of Caroline County, of $300.00, and the reason-
able expenses of his office not to exceed $200.00 in any one year,
provided the receipts from the aforesaid sources equal those
amounts; and all other moneys so received to the amount of two
hundred dollars, shall be used by him in procuring and propa-
gating game in Caroline County, and the balance shall be paid
to the Treasurer of Caroline County, to be put in the general
fund. The said Chief Game Warden may be removed at any
time by the County Commissioners of Caroline County, after it
shall have been affirmatively made to appear upon written
charges that said Chief Game Warden has neglected or improp-
erly discharged the duties of his office. And the said Chief
Game Warden so appointed shall, before entering upon the du-
ties of his office, take and subscribe before any officer authorized
to take or receive affidavits in Caroline County, the oath or
affirmation prescribed by the sixth Section of first Article of the
Constitution of this State, which oath or affirmation shall be
recorded in the Clerk's Office of said Caroline County.

27-G. It shall be the duty of the Chief Game Warden of
Caroline County, to report by itemized sworn account, to the
County Commissioners of said Caroline County, on or before the
first day of April in each and every year, the receipts and dis-
bursements of all moneys coming into his hands under the pro-
visions of this Act; and he shall file a bond in the penalty of
$1,000.00, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Caroline
County, with surety or sureties to be approved by said Clerk,
conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties as such
Chief Game Warden.

27-H. The Chief Game Warden of Caroline County shall,
after the recording of the oath or affirmation to be so taken
by him, be a conservator of the peace, and shall also have and
exercise all the power and authority had, given to and exercised
by game wardens appointed under the Public General Laws of
this State.

27-I. Any person violating any of the provisions of this
Act shall, unless the penalty therefor has been otherwise pro-
