SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 60.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 703, Article 8, of the Acts of 1908,
entitled "An Act to authorize, direct and empower the County
Commissioners of Cecil County to create a bonded debt and
borrow money for the purpose of acquiring real estate and con-
struct a new Court House and public offices therein."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 703 Article 8, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County," be and the same is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
