CHAPTER 104.

Passed Mar. 1, 1833

An act to Divorce William Walters, of the City of Balti-
more, from his wife Ann Walters.


Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That William Walters, of the city of Baltimore, be hence-
forth divorced from his wife Ann Walters, and the marri-
age heretofore had and solemnized between them, is de-
clared to be henceforth and forever null and void, and they
are hereby declared to be mutually released from all and
every duty and obligation, benefit and advantage growing
out, and in consequence of the said marriage, and the said
William Walters is hereby declared to be divorced a vin-
culo matrimonii.


CHAPTER 105.

Passed Mar.15,1833

An act to repeal an act therein mentioned, relating to the
Town of Saint Michaels, in Talbot county.

Act of 1880, ch. 13

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That an act entitled, A supplement to the act,
entitled, An act to erect a Town in Talbot county by the
name of Saint Michaels, and appoint Commissioners,
passed at December session, eighteen hundred and thirty,
chapter thirteen, be and the same is hereby repealed.

Act revived

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That so much of the act of
eighteen hundred and four, chapter eighty-two, which
was repealed by the supplementary act aforesaid, be, and
the same is hereby revived and declared to be in full force.

CHAPTER 106.

An act to Divorce Alien Warfield, of Anne Amndel county,
from his wife Mary Warfield.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the marriage of Alien Warfield and Mary Warfield,
of Anne Arundel county, heretofore solemnized, be, and
the same is hereby declared to be, absolutely and to all in-
tents and purposes null and void, and the said Alien War-
