said County this fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen
hundred and twenty five that the afd Daniel Pearkins pay ^to y.e Lord prop.ry of this province^ the Sume of
one hundred pounds of Tobacco as a fine for his afd offence of killing
the afd Mare as above in the Indictment mentioned as allso the
Sume of four hundred and twenty one pounds of Tob.o Costs Accrueing
on the Indictment afd to the officers of this Court

proper person and assumes to pay the fine and fees in the Judgment afd

The said Peter haveing Entered into Recognizance
at last Court for his appearance to this Court to Answer

haveing appeared ordered that his Recognizance and his Suretys Recognizances
be Discharged

    Peter Massey of Kent County planter at last Court Acknowledged himself
Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province in the Sume of twenty
pounds Sterling to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not make
his personal appearance Att the next Court to be held for K.t County to answer
unto what Should be objected against him on his Lordships behalf
and if in the mean time he Should not be of Good Behaviour and now
at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen
hundred and twenty five the s.d Peter appears and thereupon his
Recognizance is Discharged
