That he hath Executed the punishment in the afd Judgment
and hath here the said Mary Spearman before the Court

    Ordered by the Court here that the said Mary Lewe her
Master at the Expiration of her Servitude the space of four Months
for the Trouble and Disgrace of his house

Ordered by the Court here that the afd
Philemon enter into Recognizance with
good Security for his appearance and good
behaviour to the next Court to Answer an Indictment found ag.st
him for felony

    Thereupon Philemon Church of Kent County planter
acknowledges himself Indebted unto the Lord propry of this pvince
of Maryland ^In the Sum of forty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain^ To be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs
Successors Conditionally that if he shall not make his personall
appearance at the then next March Court to Answer unto an
Indictment found against him for felony and if that in the
meant time he shall not be of good behaviour

    Also Benjamin Pearce and Peter Massey of Kent County
planters Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Lord
Propry of this province of Maryland in the Sum of twenty pounds
Sterling each to be made and Leveyed of their goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs
and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Philemon shall
not make his personall appearance at the then next March Court
to Answer unto an Indictment found against him for felony
and if that in the mean time he shall not be of good behav.r

    Also John Brownen of Kent County afd planter acknowledges
himself Indebted unto the Lord propry of this province of
Maryland in the sum of five pounds Sterling to be Leveyed as
afd Conditionally that if he shall not make his psonall
appearance at the next March Court to be held for the County
afd as an Evidence against the afd Philemon Church

    Also John Ridson of Kent County afd planter acknowledges
himself Indebted unto the Lord propry of this province of Maryland
in the sum of five pounds Sterl to be made and Leveyed as afd
Conditionally that if he shall not make his psonall appearance
