the Sume of thirty pounds Sterl is by this Court here disch.d &c.a

    And the afd Patrick in his proper person comes into Court and appears
And the afd Fred.k Hanson gent appears against the Same Patrick And the
afd Fred.k Hanson informed the Court the abuse he Rec.d as a Justice of the
peace in the afd County from the afd Patrick                And the afd Patrick
Saith that he Cannot gainsay the allegation of the afd M.r Hanson but that
he is guilty as above charged and thereupon Submits to the Court

    Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Court
House in the Town of Chest.r in Said County on the third tuesday in August being
the Eighteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty
That the afd Patrick Pay the Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco
as a fine to the use of the ffree School of Said County for his Committing the
offence afd according to his Confession afd according to Act of Assembly in Such
Case ^lately^ made and provided &c.a  And also pay the Sume of one hundred eighty one
pounds of Tobacco Cost accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court &c.a

Court orders that the Same may be Sent for On which
y.e Same John Griffith in his proper person appears then

afd John Griffith abused him as a Justice  And a Certain John Wilson as an Evid.c
appeared in Court against the afd John Griffith and the Court Ordered by the Same
Court the Same John Wilson be Sworn in the Same against the afd John Griffith
which was accordingly done and haveing heard the whole matter Therefore
