way, Pavement, Sewer, Liquidation of Debt Bonds, " then the
Commissioners of Chestertown shall proceed to execute the
power vested in them by this Act, but if the majority of the
votes cast shall be "Against Chestertown Curb and Gutter,
Roadway, Pavement, Sewer, Liquidation of Debt Bonds, " then
this Act shall be of no effect.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 2, 1929.

CHAPTER 110.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 85
and 88 of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, as said Article was codified by Chapter 680 of the
Acts of 1916, said amendments enlarging the corporate limits
of Bel Air and changing the basis of taxation of said town;
and to add two new sections to said Article, said new Sec-
tions to be known as Sections 85A and 88A, and to follow
immediately after Sections 85 and 88 respectively; to provide
for marking the new boundaries of the said town, and record-
ing a map thereof; to provide for the rate of taxation on the
new property included within the town limits until the year
1935.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That Sections 85 and 88 of Article 13 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title Harford County, sub-title Bel Air,
as enacted by Chapter 680 of the Acts of 1916, be and the same
are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read
as follows:

85. The corporate limits of the Town of Bel Air, Har-
ford County, shall be contained within the following metes
and bounds, to wit: Beginning for the same at a white flint
stone heretofore set up on the northwest side of the State Road
leading from Bel Air, to Baltimore it being a corner of the lands
of Doctor Howard A. Kelly and of Joseph R. Coale, and run-
ning thence, south thirty-six (36) degrees forty-eight (48) min-
utes thirty (30) seconds east twenty-eight and no (00) one-hun-
dredths (28. 00) feet to the middle of said road, and thence with
the middle thereof, north forty-five (45) degrees thirty-six (36)
minutes no (00) seconds east seventeen and eighty-six one hun-
