21. An act entitled, an act to make valid and effectual a
bill of sale from Henry Cassell, late of Carroll county, de-
ceased, to Daniel Woodyard.

22. An act to change the name of Talbot Clarke to George
Augustus Clarke.

23. An act authorising the redemption of stamps issued
under an Act of Assembly, passed March 10th, eighteen
hundred and forty-five, which have not been used, and are
rendered useless by the repeal of the said act.

24. An act to provide for the transcribing of one of the
record books in trie office of the Register of Wills for Alle-
gany county.

25. An act for the removal of records from Allegany county
to Charles county.

26. An act appropriating a sum of money to Gould &
Glanville for desks and chairs furnished the House of Dele-
gates.

27. An act to provide for procuring for the State Library
copies of sundry papers relating to the history of the colony
of Maryland.

28. An act authorising the transcribing of certain records
of indexes in the office of Register of Wills of Frederick
county.

29. An act to change the name of Jacob Morris to John
David Hanson.

30. An act to authorise the trustees of Churchville Pres-
byterian Congregation to hold certain real estate.

31. An act to make valid a deed from George Peters and
James Murray, Commissioners for Opening Streets in the city
of Baltimore, and Miles White to Wm. N. Todd, bearing
date the second day of July, eighteen hundred and fifty-five,
and recorded among the land records of the city of Baltimore,
in Liber E. D., No. 87, folio 420, &c.

32. An act to authorise the appointment, fix the salary
and tenure, and ascertain the duties of the private Secretary
of the Governor.

33. An act authorising the clerk of the Circuit Court of
Worcester county to have certain record books repaired.
