such employees and the terms of their employment must be approved
by the Board before they may conduct or operate a game of bingo. If
the Bingo Board ascertains that the application conforms to the re-
quirements of this section and of the rules and regulations issued
thereunder by the Board, it shall issue a license as applied for.

(g) The cost of an annual license covering bingo games over a
period of one year shall be $100.00. Any organization or municipal
corporation desiring to conduct and operate a game of bingo for
longer than a, one week period
FIFTEEN DAYS in any year shall
secure an annual license. A temporary license for any period less than
one week
OF FIFTEEN DAYS OR LESS shall cost $50.00. THREE
DOLLARS ($3.00) PER DAY FOR EACH DAY GAMES OF
BINGO SHALL BE CONDUCTED. The Board shall turn over to the
County Commissioners all license fees collected under the provisions
of this section.

(h) The Bingo Board is authorized and empowered to revoke any
application for a license or to revoke or suspend any license for a
violation of the provisions of this section or of any rules and regula-
tions adopted and promulgated thereunder.
THE BINGO BOARD
SHALL EXERCISE CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OVER ALL
GAMES TO THE END THAT THE GAMES ARE FAIRLY CON-
DUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE
LICENSE, THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD
AND THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION. THE BINGO
BOARD SHALL PREVENT ANY GAMES FROM BEING CON-
DUCTED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES OR FOR PRIVATE
PROFIT OR BY ANY OTHER MEANS EXCEPT AS PROVIDED
IN THIS SECTION. THE BINGO BOARD, ITS OFFICERS AND
AGENTS, SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT OF ENTRY AT ALL
TIMES INTO ANY PLACE WHERE ANY GAMES ARE BEING
CONDUCTED OR WHERE IT IS INTENDED THAT ANY SUCH
GAMES SHALL BE CONDUCTED, OR WHERE ANY EQUIP-
MENT BEING USED OR INTENDED TO BE USED IN THE
CONDUCT THEREOF IS FOUND, FOR THE PURPOSE OF IN-
SPECTING THE SAME.

(i) The licensee shall account for the GROSS RECEIPTS AND
NET proceeds of every game of bingo conducted and operated by it.
Sixty per cent of the net proceeds of conducting and operating games
of bingo may be retained by the organisation or municipal corpora-
tion to be expended for its general purposes. Forty per cent of the

net proceeds from the operation and conduct of every game of bingo
shall be paid over to the Board of
THREE PER CENTUM (3%) OF
THE GROSS RECEIPTS FROM THE OPERATION AND CON-
DUCT OF GAMES OF BINGO FOR EVERY DAY SUCH GAMES
ARE OPERATED AND CONDUCTED SHALL BE PAID OVER
TO THE BOARD OF County Commissioners of Worcester County-
except that if .
IF the game of bingo is operated and conducted with-
in the corporate boundaries of a municipal corporation in Worcester
County which is subject to the provisions of Article HE of the Consti-
tution, twenty percent of the net proceeds shall be paid over to the
Board of County Commissioners of Worcester County and twenty
per cent of the proceeds shall be paid over
ONE-THIRD OF THE
THREE PER CENTUM OF THE GROSS RECEIPTS SHALL BE
PAID OVER BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS to the munic-
ipal corporation, to be expended for its general purposes. The Board
