of County Commissioners, from such monies, PERCENTAGE OF
THE GROSS RECEIPTS RETAINED BY IT, shall first pay the
necessary expenses of the administration of this section. All addi-
tional funds shall be credited by the Board of County Commissioners
to the general funds of Worcester County.

(j) A prize in cash, merchandise, or services for any one game of
bingo conducted and operated under the provisions of this section
shall not exceed in value the amount of $15.00, except that "jack-pot"
prizes may be offered in a maximum amount of $250.00. If the or-
ganization or municipal corporation conducts and operates a game
of bingo on premises which are rented or leased by it, the rental or
leasing agreement must first be approved by the Bingo Board before
a license may be issued. Nothing in this section shall be construed to
permit the conduct and operation of a game of bingo on Sunday. No
person under 18 years of age shall be permitted to engage or par-
ticipate in any game of bingo operated and conducted under the pro-
visions of this section. The charge for admission to any premises in
order to engage or participate in a game of bingo shall not exceed
the sum of $1.00.
GAMES OF BINGO SHALL NOT BE CON-
DUCTED ON MORE THAN SEVENTY-FIVE DAYS IN ANY
YEAR BY ANY LICENSEE HEREUNDER. NO GAMES SHALL
BE CONDUCTED IN ANY ROOM OR AREA WHERE ALCO-
HOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD OR SERVED DURING THE
PROGRESS OF THE GAME. NO LICENSE SHALL BE ISSUED
TO ANY APPLICANT QUALIFIED UNDER THE PROVISIONS
OF THIS SECTION TO CONDUCT GAMES OF BINGO OUTSIDE
THE ELECTION DISTRICT IN WHICH ITS MAIN OFFICE,
HEADQUARTERS, OR USUAL MEETING PLACE IS SITUATED.
NO GAME SHALL BE ADVERTISED AS TO ITS LOCATION,
THE TIME WHEN IT IS TO BE OR HAS BEEN CONDUCTED,
OR THE PRIZES AWARDED OR TO BE AWARDED, BY MEANS
OF RADIO, TELEVISION OR SOUND TRACK, OR BY MEANS
OF BILLBOARDS, POSTERS OR HANDBILLS OR ANY OTHER
MEANS ADDRESSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC EXCEPT
THAT ONE SIGN NOT EXCEEDING TWELVE SQUARE FEET
IN AREA MAY BE DISPLAYED ON OR ADJACENT TO
THE PREMISES WHERE THE GAME WILL BE CONDUCTED.

(k) Every licensee under the provisions of this section shall submit
to the Bingo Board at monthly intervals, or at such other periods as
may be determined by the Bingo Board, a statement of its receipts
and expenses. At the same time the licensee shall pay over
to the

Board the share of the net proceeds in the games conducted as pro-

vided hereinabove in this section. THE THREE PER CENTUM
(3%) OF THE GROSS RECEIPTS OF ALL GAMES CONDUCTED
BY IT TO THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AS PROVIDED IN
SUBSECTION (I) ABOVE. The statement submitted to the Bingo
Board shall include the amount of gross receipts derived from
each game of bingo, all items of expense incurred in the operation of
the game, and each item of expenditure made. The net profit from
the operation of each game also shall be reported to the Bingo Board.
Each licensee shall keep and maintain such books and reports as re-
quired by the Bingo Board for the purposes of this section.
THE
BINGO BOARD SHALL MAKE A DETAILED REPORT OF ALL
STATEMENTS SUBMITTED TO IT TO THE COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS ANNUALLY.
