To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, Lloyd L. Simpkins, Secretary of State of Maryland, pur-
suant to the direction contained in Section 172 of Article 33 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), Do Hereby Certify,
That at a Special Election held in the town of Fairmount Heights,
Prince George's County, Maryland, on May 3, 1965, an Act known as
Chapter 413 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1965, was submitted to the voters of Fairmount Heights, Maryland
for their adoption or rejection under the provisions of Chapter 413
of the Acts of 1965, said Act being as follows:

"An Act to repeal Section 30-57 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition, being Ar-
ticle 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Prince George's County," subtitle "30. Fairmount
Heights," to remove a limitation on the maximum amount
of debt which may be incurred by the Town of Fairmount
Heights, and to do this pursuant to the provisions of Section
5 of Article HE of the Constitution of Maryland.

AND I DO certify, that at said election held in Fairmount Heights,
Prince George's County, Maryland, 79 votes were cast in favor of
the adoption of Chapter 413 of the Acts of 1965 and 8 votes were
cast against the adoption thereof, and a majority of the votes being
cast in favor of the adoption of said Chapter 413 of the Acts of 1965,
the said Act has been ratified by the voters of Fairmount Heights,
Prince George's County, Maryland.

In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my
name and affixed by official Seal at the City of Annapolis,
this 13th day of October, 1965.
