       Britain to the s.d Jacob Henderson in Hand Paid by the s.d Jacob Henderson in hand
       paid by the s.d Sam.l Ogle & Benjamin Tasker at or before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these Presents (the Receipt & Payment whereof the s.d Jacob Henderson
       Doth hereby Acknowledge & thereof & of Every Part & Parcell thereof Doth
       Clearly Exonerate Acquit & Discharge the s.d Samuel Ogle & Benjamin
       Tasker their & Each of their heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & Every of them for ever by these
       Hath Granted bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these
       Presents Doth Grant bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe & Confirm unto the
       Said Samuel Ogle & Benjamin Tasker their heirs & assigns for ever
       All that the aforementioned Tract or Parcell of Land Originally Called
       Catton but now upon the Resurvey thereof Called Bell Air According to the
       Metes & bounds thereof Described & Expressed in the herein before recited
       Letters Patents of Grant & Confirmation thereof with the Appurtenances
       As also all that the aforementioned one hundred Acres of Land Part
       or Parcell of the s.d Tract of Land called Enfield Chase According to the
       Metes & Bounds thereof Described & Expressed in the herein before
       Recited Indentures of Bargain & Sale or Either of them with the Appurtenances
       And also all that Tract or Parcell of Land Called Wood cocks
       Range according to the Metes & bounds thereof as Described & Expressed
       In the s.d herein before Recited Letters Patents of Escheat thereof with the
       Appurtenances All Scituate lying & being Contiguous & adjoining to
       Each other in Prince Georges County af.d And also all Messuages
       Barnes Tobacco Houses Edifices Buildings Orchards Fences Tenem.ts
       & Hereditaments whatsoever to the s.d Lands & Premisses in any wise
       Belonging or Appertaining And the Reversion & Reversions
       Remainder & Remainders of all & Singular the Lands
       Tenements & Hereditaments & Premisses hereby Granted or Mentioned
       or Intended to be hereby Granted & of Every Part & Parcell thereof
       And all Rents Issues & Profitts to them or any of them incident
       belonging or Appertaining And also all the Estate & Estates Rights
       Titles Claims Interests & Demands whatsoever ^of^ for him the s.d Jacob
       Henderson into or out of the s.d Lands Tenements Hereditaments
