(492) Fully & at Large Appear And Whereas by one Other Indenture of Bargain & Sale bearing Date or or about the thirteenth Day of March which was in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred & Seventeen and made or mentioned to be made Between Henry Ridgely Grandson & Heir at Law of the s.d Collonell Henry Ridgely of the same ^One^ part & the said Jacob Henderson of the Other other Part he the s.d Henry Ridgely for the Consideration therein Mentioned did give grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto the s.d Jacob Henderson his heirs & assignes for Ever All that the af.d one hundred Acres out of the s.d Tract of Land Called Enfield Chase According to the Metes & Bounds thereof as well by the herein before mentioned first Recited Indenture of Bargaine & Sale as by the s.d last recited Indenture of Bargain & Sale Described and Expressed as by the s.d Last Recited Indenture of Bargain & Sale Reference being thereunto had may more fully & at Large Appear And Whereas Charles Now Lord Baron of Baltemore & Lord Proprietor of the ^s.d^ Province of Maryland by his Letters Patents and or the great Seal of the s.d Province bearing Date on or about the Second Day of October which was in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred & twenty one did Grant unto the Said Jacob Henderson all that Tract of Escheat Land Called Wood Cocks Range lying & being in Prince Georges aforesaid Originally on the Tenth Day of November which was in the year of our Lord one thousand Six hundred & Ninety five Granted unto James Brown for the Quantity of five hundred Acres but According to the Resurvey thereof Containing Exclusive of Elder Surveys with Some Contiguous Vacant Land thereto Added only the Quantity of one hundred & Sixty Seven Acres According to the Metes & Bounds thereof in the said last mentioned Letters Patents Described & Expressed as by the s.d Last mentioned Letters Patents Reference being thereunto had may more & at Large appear All Which these several Tracts or Parcells of Land (Viz.t) Catton now Called Bell Air the s.d one hundred Acres Part of Enfield Chase & Wood Cocks Range adjoining & Contiguous to Each Other in Prince Georges County Aforesaid Now this Indenture Witnesseth that for & in Consideration of the Sum of five hundred Pounds of Lawfull Money of Great (Britain) |
