       Customs, and for Limitation of Officers Fees

                I Hereby Certifie that Laurence Maynard Came before
       me the Subscriber and took the aforegoing Oath

       Recorded 24th Nov.r 1758                  Th.s Jennings


Ex.d This Indenture made the twelfth day of October in the
       Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty eight
       Between Sabina Chisholme ^of S.t Marys County^ in the Province of Maryland Widow of
       John Chisholme of the Same County deceased and one of the Daughters
       and Devisees of the Reverend John Donaldson of the Same County and
       Province aforesaid of the one part and Zachariah Bond Youngest of
       the Same County and Province aforesaid of the Other part Witnesseth
       That the Said Sabina Chisholm for and in Consideration of the sum of
       ten Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to her in hand paid the
       Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and the Said Zachariah Bond
       his Executors and Administrators thereof and therefrom by these
       Presents fully acquitted and discharged as also for divers other good
       Causes and Considerations her the said Sabina thereunto moving Hath
       given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Remised Released Enfeoffed
       and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth freely and Absolutely
       Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Remise Release Enfeoff and
       Confirm unto him the Said Zachariah Bond his heirs and Assigns
       for ever All my Real Estate in the County and Province aforesaid or
       Els^e^where together with all and Singular the Houses Edifices Buildings
       Improvements profits Commodities and Advantages to the Same belonging
       or in any wise appertaining and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use
       Trust Property Claim or Demand whatsoever either in Law or Equity of
       into or out of the said Real Estate and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof To have
       and to Hold the same Real Estate lying and being in the County
       or Province aforesaid or elswhere and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       unto him the said Zachariah Bond his heirs and Assigns for ever
       To his and their own proper use and behoof and to or for no other Use
       Intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Sabina Chisholm the
