       Lands and Premisses aforesaid with the Appurtenances unto him
       the said Zachariah Bond and his Heirs and Assigns against all
       Persons whatsoever claiming or to Claim by from or under her the said
       Sabina or her Heirs or either of them shall and will Warrant and
       for ever defend by these Presents    In Witness whereof the Parties to
       these presents have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the day
       and year first above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered               Sabina Chisholm   seal
       in the presents of us
       the words (shall and will Warrant and forever
       defend by these presents) being first interlined

                                                 On the Back of the aforegoing Deed
       Geo Plater                          was thus Written to wit

       12.th October 1758   Then came before us the Subscribers two
       of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for S.t Marys County the within
       named Sabina Chisholm and acknowledged the within Instrument of
       writing to be her Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein
       specified to be the Right and Estate of the within named Zachariah
       Bond his Heirs and Assigns according to the true Intent and Meaning
       thereof

       S.t Marys County fs.t   I hereby certifie that Robert Chesley
       and George Plater who Subscribed as Evidences to the within
       Deed and who also signed as Magistrates to the acknowled^g^ment
       thereof were at that Time two of his Lordships the Right Honble
       the Lord Proprys Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid
       Lawfully Authorized and Assigned and to whom due faith and
       Credit is and ought to be given in Justice Court and thereout
       In Faith and Testimony whereof the Publick Seal of S.t Marys
       County Court is hereunto Affixed this first day of November Anno Dom
