       17.th July 1759   Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships
       Justices of the Peace for Saint Marys County the within named
       Kenelm Cheseldine Thomas McWilliams Kenelm Trueman Greenfield
       and Philip Key parties to the within Deed and Did Acknowledge
       the same to be their several Act and Deed to and for the uses Intents &
       Purposes therein mentioned and the Lands and Premisses
       therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said Kenelm
       Cheseldine his heirs and assigns according to the purport and true
       meaning of the same Deed                                    Zach Bond
                                                                                           Nev.l Lock

       Saint Marys County to wit
                                                 These may Certify all whom it doth Concern
       that Zachariah Bond & Neveral Lock Gentlemen the Persons Subscribing
       their Names to the above Acknowledged^ment^ Long before their taking
       and subscribing the same at the Time thereof were and now are
       two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Saint Marys
       County Lawfull Commissioned and Sworn and that to all
