                      In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and
       affixed the Publick Seal of Saint Marys County Court this 17.th Day of

Ex.d This Indenture made the first Day of March in the year of our
       Lord one thousand seven Hundred and fifty nine Between John Cromwell
       of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the one Part and William Cromwell
       of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that
       it is covenanted Concluded and agreed between the Parties to these
       Presents that it shall and may be Lawfull for the said John
       Cromwell before the first Day of the next Provincial Court to
       prosecute out of the High Court of Chancery one or more writ or writs
       of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post against the said William
       Cromwell returnable to the next provincial Court whereby the said John
       Cromwell Shall and may demand against the said William Cromwell
       all that parcell of Land Scituate Lying ^and being^ in Ann Arundel County on the
       South Side of Patapsco River and in a Creek of the said River now Called
       Curtes's Creek Containing eighty four Acres of Land being part of a Tract
       of Land called South Conton butted & bounded as followeth Beginning
       at the first bounded white Oak of the said Land Called South Conton and thence
       by a Line drawn west South west bounding with the said Land for the
       Length of two Hundred thirty two perches to a Cove or Small Creek
       thence by a Line drawn South East and by South for the Length
       of fifty two perches to a Sandy Beach at the mouth of a
       pond thence bo^u^nding with and running as the said Creek runneth
