28-4.

[[(A) EVERY STATEMENT FILED PURSUANT TO THIS SUBTITLE
SHALL SET FORTH A SCHEDULE OF ANY INTEREST IN REAL
ESTATE SITUATED IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND AS DESCRIBED IN
SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS SECTION, EXCEPT:

(1)  THE PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL HOME OF THE PUBLIC OFFICIAL;
OR

(2)  REAL ESTATE IN WHICH THE PUBLIC OFFICIAL HAS A DIRECT
OR INDIRECT INTEREST OF LESS THAN ONE PERCENT (1%) OR ONE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00).

(B)    THE SCHEDULE SHALL DETAIL ANY INTEREST IN REAL
ESTATE SITUATED IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND, REGARDLESS OF
WHETHER IT IS SUBJECT TO A MORTGAGE, LIEN, OR OTHER
ENCUMBRANCE, OR CONDITION PRECEDENT OR SUBSEQUENT,
WHICH IS IN WHOLE OR IN PART OWNED, HELD BENEFICIALLY,
OR HELD UNDER EXECUTORY CONTRACT, UNDER INSTRUMENT
RECORDED OR UNRECORDED, OR UNDER ORAL UNDERSTANDING,
DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY OR FOR THE PUBLIC OFFICIAL OR
HIS SPOUSE OR CHILDREN:

(C)  THE SCHEDULE SHALL IDENTIFY THE OFFICIAL'S INTEREST
IN REAL ESTATE BY DETAILING:

(1)   THE LEGAL NATURE OF THE INTEREST, INCLUDING ANY
CONDITION PRECEDENT OR SUBSEQUENT; AND

(2)   THE SIZE, LOCATION AND IMPROVEMENTS OF THE REAL
ESTATE SUBJECT TO THE INTEREST; AND

(3)  CONSIDERATION PAID FOR THE INTEREST IN REAL ESTATE,
INCLUDING ANY INDEBTEDNESS INCURRED, ANY MORTGAGE,
LIEN, OR OTHER ENCUMBRANCE; AND

(4)  THE IDENTITY, INTEREST AND CONSIDERATION THEREFOR,
AS PRESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPHS (1) AND (3) OF ANY OTHER
CO-OWNER, CREDITOR, DEBTOR, OR OTHER PERSON DIRECTLY OR
INDIRECTLY HAVING AN INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE
IN ANY FORM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

(I)  NATURAL PERSONS;

(II)      HOLDING COMPANY OR CORPORATION AND ITS
STOCKHOLDERS, INCLUDING THE IDENTITY AND STOCKHOLDERS
OF EVERY PARENT COMPANY OR CORPORATION; PROVIDED,
HOWEVER, THAT STOCKHOLDERS OF A CORPORATION NEED NOT
BE DISCLOSED WHEN THEY NUMBER MORE THAN 100;

(III)  SYNDICATE AND ITS MEMBERS;

(IV)  PARTNERSHIP AND ITS GENERAL OR LIMITED PARTNERS;

(V)  TRUST AND ITS BENEFICIARIES.]]
