       and to y.e only proper use and behoofe of y.e said Richard
       Thatcher his heirs & assignes forever more and y.e said
       Peter Massey for himselfe his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Doth
       hereby covenant promise grant & agree to & with y.e said
       Richard Thatcher his heirs & assignes that he y.e said
       Peter Massey his wife Sarah & their or either of their
       heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs and every or any of them shall & will
       from time to time & att all times hereafter Exonerate acquitt
       and Discharge or other ways save & keep harmless as well y.e
       said Richard Thatcher his heirs & assignes as alsoe the s.d
       Twelve hundred acres of land and p.rmises and all other the

       or other Bargaines Sales Joyntures Dower title of Dower
       Statutes Judgments Recognizances Executions Rents
       Charges arrerages of Rents forfitures and all other
       Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever had made or don
       at any time either by the afd Edmo^n^d Dwire Daniell
       Toas sen.r Daniell Toas Jun.r John Toas Sarah Toas or by him
       the said Peter Massey or any or all of them or their
       heirs or assignes or by any other person or persons whatsoever
       before y.e Ensealeing and Delivery of these p.rsents and also
       y.t he the said Peter Massey and Sarah his wife their
       and ^assignes and^ every of them shall and will from time to time and
       when thereunto Required doe make acknowledge suffer &
       execute or cause to be made done acknowledged suffered ^& executed all^
       and every such further act & acts thing & things assureance
       and conveyances ^in^ Law whatsoever as by the said Richard
       Thatcher his heirs or assignes or his or their Councill
       Learned in y.e Law shall be Reasonably Devised advised
       or required for y.e further and better Assureance of all y.e
